You’ve just booked me to photograph your wedding, how exciting! What happens next?
DAY OF BOOKING
Well, firstly I’d like to say thank you for choosing me! I am thoroughly looking forward to photographing your big day.
As soon as the deposit is paid I am officially booked and your wedding is in capital letters in my diary.
BETWEEN BOOKING ME AND THE WEDDING DATE
I am here throughout the planning stages to answer and questions or thoughts you have on email or over the phone.
1 MONTH PRIOR TO THE WEDDING
I will get in touch with you 1 month before your wedding with an ‘on the day' form for you to fill out. In this I will ask for the final running order of the day, useful contact numbers, your final group shot list, that kind of thing.
2 WEEKS PRIOR TO WEDDING
I will arrange to have a final Skype chat with you to get excited and go over any final details ahead of the big day.
ON THE DAY
I will arrive early to the wedding venue, hotel or house (where ever we’ve arranged to start photography coverage)
I will be with you for the full day documenting all the main events and everything in between whilst you have the best time with your partner in crime, friends and family.
I will finish shortly after the first dance to allow you to really let your hair down off-camera ;)
ONE WEEK AFTER THE WEDDING
I will send you a sneak peek with a small selection of images from the day just to keep you going as I know you will be dying to see something
4 WEEKS AFTER THE WEDDING
Within 4 weeks after the wedding, you will receive all your fully edited photos on a private web link which you can share with your friends and family. All images can be downloaded from the website and prints can also be ordered directly from the site.
ONE YEAR AFTER THE WEDDING (AND EVERY ANNIVERSARY THEREAFTER I HOPE!)
I encourage you to sit down with a bottle of fizz and enjoy looking through your photos and relive your magical day.
