DAY OF BOOKING
First things first—thank you so much for choosing me! I’m thrilled to be your wedding photographer, and I can’t wait to capture every special moment of your big day.
Once the deposit is paid, we’re officially booked! Your wedding date is now in my diary, in big, bold letters!
ENGAGEMENT SHOOT
Let’s schedule your engagement shoot! I love photographing in locations that hold special meaning for you, so if you have a favourite spot, let me know. If you’re unsure, don’t worry—I know some stunning places around Frome and Somerset that we can explore together.
BETWEEN BOOKING AND YOUR WEDDING DATE
I’m here for you throughout the entire planning process. Got questions? Need advice? Or just want to bounce some ideas around? I’m only an email or phone call away, so don’t hesitate to reach out.
1 MONTH BEFORE THE WEDDING
About a month before the big day, I’ll send you an ‘on the day’ form to fill out. This will cover the final running order, essential contact numbers, your group shot list, and anything else we need to make sure everything goes smoothly.
2 WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING
With two weeks to go, we’ll have a final chat—whether it’s on Zoom or over the phone. We’ll go over all the details one last time and get excited about what’s to come!
ON THE DAY
I’ll arrive early at the venue, Airbnb, hotel, or wherever we’ve arranged to start. I’ll be with you throughout the day, capturing all the big moments and everything in between. My goal is to document your day as it unfolds naturally, so you can focus on having the best time with your partner in crime, friends, and family.
I’ll wrap up shortly after the first dance, leaving you to enjoy the rest of your night off-camera!
ONE WEEK AFTER THE WEDDING
I know you’ll be eager to see your photos, so within a week, I’ll send you a sneak peek—a small selection of images from the day to keep the excitement going.
4-6 WEEKS AFTER THE WEDDING
Within six weeks, you’ll receive all your fully edited photos via a private web link. You can easily share this link with friends and family, download the images, and even order prints directly from the print shop.
ONE YEAR AFTER THE WEDDING (AND EVERY ANNIVERSARY THEREAFTER!)
When your first anniversary rolls around (and every year after that), I encourage you to pop a bottle of bubbly, sit down together, and relive all the magical moments of your wedding day through your photos.
